Come join the Comcast Spotlight team! We currently have an opening for a National/Regional Sales Assistant in our Data Park office, located in Minnetonka.

Responsible for advertising sales department's proposals, network information, updating inventory reports and answering incoming calls as a company representative.

Essential functions of position include, but are not limited to the following*
*Enter and maintain orders from NCC
*Report and actualize sales figures
*Process traffic instructions, ad tag, ad copy and production orders.
*Pull weekly posts, develop makegood options.
*Service direct business processing credit approval, agency authorization and development of strata schedules.
*Prepare tailored presentations for Sports, Broad and Deep, Auto Incremental, Ad tag/copy, VOD, and Comcast.net.
*Maintain client database
*Support of National Sales Manager, and at times the Director of Regional Sales
*Distributes all network information.
*Tracking of projects and initiatives.
*Creates outgoing proposals.
*Compiles Nielsen numbers and information for National Sales Manager.
*Compiles insertion orders and folders when needed.
*Compiles weekly projection numbers for Sales Management.
*Knowledge of Traffic systems ( TIM, Strata) and procedures helpful
*Creates media kits.
*Updates prospect kits.
*Performs other functions that may be assigned by National Sales Manager or Director of Regional Sales.
*This position will also include receptionist duties on occasion.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma required; some college preferred or the recognized equivalent in work experience and self-study

Excellent written and oral communications skills

At least two years prior experience working within a sales organization is preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

Excellent organization skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment

Ability to work overtime, as needed
